1. All players must be at least 21 years of age. With valid form of picture identification.*
2. Players must adhere to all rules as enforced by tournament directors.
3. Players all start with the same number of tournament chips.
4. All chips, cards, tables and accessories used in Chippy Poker Tournaments are property of Chippy Poker L.L.P. and must remain on the table.
5. Tournament Director will determine the Button position prior to each tournament.
6. Players will rotate or pass the deal clockwise as the tournament progresses.
7. The Small Blind is the player to the dealers left and the Big Blind is the player to the Small Blinds left.
8. One (1) player per hand.
9. If a player leaves his/her seat during a tournament they will continue to post blinds until they are eliminated.
10. You must be in your seat before you have received both of your hole cards or your hand is dead.
11. Never touch another players cards or chips.
12. Never touch the money in the pot unless it is pushed to you.
13. When one or more players are all in and no more betting will take place both hands are turned face-up until the completion of the hand. This is done to discourage collusion.
14. The player is responsible for protecting their hand at all times.
15. If your cards touch the cards in the muck your hand is immediately dead.
16. After a player loses all of his/her chips they must leave the table immediately. 17. All tournaments end when one player has all of the chips.
18. If more than one player is eliminated on a single hand the player that started that hand with more chips is awarded the higher position.
19. Cards must remain on the playing table at all times.
20. A raise must be at least equal to the previous bet.
21. Players may not throw cards at anytime, this will result in disqualification.
22. Players may not verbally abuse another player or Tournament Director this also will result in disqualification.
23. Players are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from making any sort of wager involving actual cash. Only tournament chips are allowed on the tables, there will never be cash on a table during a tournament. Anyone breaking this rule will be disqualified and asked to leave immediately.
24. Anyone found to be breaking any law will be asked to leave immediately.
25. Tournament Directors decisions are FINAL.
26. By signing up to play with Chippy Poker Tournaments you agree to allow Chippy Poker Tournaments and it's sponsors to use your likeness in promotional materials and advertisements it deems appropriate. You also waive any claim for compensation in relation to using your likeness.

*While we do not recommend it, locations do have the option to allow 18+ in accordance with legal hours. However, no player under 21 years of age will be invited to advance to additional tournaments earned through nightly placement or monthly points.
